“After a traumatic birth and a third degree tear, Dr. Kelli equipped me with the tools needed to heal and recover. She will give you the attention you need to ensure the exercises are working and benefiting your body as they are intended to. I loved the one-on-one work and progress I experienced in a short period of time. Dr. Kelli has been through this, is relatable and an excellent coach and teacher! I highly recommend this course!”

“I have been seeing Dr. Kelli for a few months now. I have had three biological babies in the last 11 years and had a c-section with my last. I recently had a hysterectomy because of uterine prolapse. I had been having lower back pain. I have loved working with Dr. Kelli on so many levels. It is nice to have a women as a chiropractor because she understand so many parts of the therapy differently than if she were male. She walked me through proper kegel and belly breathing exercises  (who know I wasn’t doing them right) and it was not awkward at all. She suggested a simple foam rolling routine and some exercises I can do at home. Dr. Kelli is really fun to work with and as a mom herself she she understands mom problems. I am felling better and have learned to be more conscious about my posture band more aware of my body day to day in what I do. I am so thankful I found her. It is refreshing in chiropractic to work with a doctor is is female and understanding of what impact childbirth and raising children can have on the body. We can’t ignore this ladies, I urge you to care for yourself so that you can feel better and feel better for your family.”

“I had actually met Dr. Kelli at the Little Apple Doulas baby expo two weeks before my son was born. I thought I could recover and strengthen my body postpartum without any help. I was so wrong. When I finally admitted this, I started asking some questions. As it turns out, it’s not normal to pee yourself every time you sneeze or cough. Or at least it shouldn’t be! Doing a consultation and scheduling some pelvic floor and rectus diastasis therapy sessions with Dr. Kelli was absolutely one of the best decisions I have made for both myself and my baby. Honestly I haven’t even been consistent with my exercises at home, but the once-a-week sessions with Dr. Kelli have been enough to make an incredible difference! For example, I never remember to do my kegels on my own, ever— but having Dr. Kelli coach me on breathing properly has still been strengthening my pelvic floor. After maybe 4 weeks of the once-a-week sessions, I was leaning over to put my baby down for a nap in his crib and I sneezed (with a FULL bladder!) and I didn’t pee my

pants!!! Not even a little bit! Just by BREATHING I was able to get to that point!  The athlete in me was expecting some hardcore, difficult physical therapy but imagine my surprise when Dr. Kelli started teaching me that it mostly boils down to breathing properly with good posture! My entire life I *thought* I knew what “good posture” was!

My back pain is much more manageable now and I’ve even noticed that my stomach is a little bit flatter since my ab separation has been healing! She is an exceptional coach and I will forever be grateful to her for everything she has taught me. Tiny adjustments and alternative movements have infiltrated my entire day everyday. I was doing so many things that were causing pain or making existing pain worse and I just had no idea until I started seeing Dr. Kelli. I’m amazed by how these little lifestyle changes have made such a profound impact on everything! All of these things apply to everyday life, not just postpartum recovery! I seriously cannot recommend her enough. I can’t believe I thought I could get stronger without having her expert help and coaching. And I haven’t even mentioned how incredibly kind and compassionate and funny she is! I’m sure I could go on forever about how fantastic she is—truly, she’s such a joyful person and it has been a privilege to get to know her!

If you’re struggling through the haze of postpartum life and recovery, if you’ve been a mom for a while but you still struggle with “mom pee,” even if you just want some low impact exercises to strengthen your core and your pelvic floor, you definitely need to sign up for this class. If any of this applies to you and you’re on the fence, I understand the hesitation. But like I said before, this has been the best decision for both me AND my baby. I know plenty of people who would write off this therapy as ‘unnecessary’ or a ‘frivolous luxury’ and that my money and energy would be better spent elsewhere. But you know what? I don’t believe it should be considered a ‘luxury’ to be able go through the day without peeing yourself.”

“Dr. Kelli has truly been a life changer. When I started going to her I really didn’t know what to expect. She always explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. Instead of just popping you and sending you on your way she really takes her time to show you exercises and listen to your concerns and what helps and what doesn’t. My pain levels have improved so much. Since I’m a dancer I use a lot of muscles and she really taught me how to properly engage those muscle groups. I am so amazed with her passion, her kindness, and how caring she is towards everyone. Thank you Dr. Kelli!”

“Dr. Kelli is so much more than a chiropractor. You can tell she genuinely cares about the overall health and wellness of her clients from the moment you step in her office. She takes time to listen to what’s going on in your body and not only maximizes your time with her, but also provides knowledge that can be put to use throughout the day. As a first time mom, Dr. Kelli has done wonders in helping my body heal.”

“Being in the wellness industry , I've always followed the golden rule of treating others the way I'd like to be treated. Maybe a little biased, but sometimes it feels challenging finding like-minded practitioners -- that's not been the case whatsoever with Dr. Kelli! Since day 1 she has taken the time to treat, care for, and help me exactly how I'd have hoped! I always leave her office feeling refreshed and usually with a cool new tidbit I can share with my wellness community. 10/10 recommend seeing her!”

"My laser-focused goal during my first pregnancy was to have a positive birth experience as naturally as possible. Dr. Kelli's care during my prenatal season helped tremendously with creating body alignment and reducing my pregnancy carpal tunnel. And I did it... I have a beautiful, positive birth story with my son Rex that I love to share and Dr. Kelli is a big part of that story.

Post recovery, I participated in Dr. Kelli's postpartum class where we focused on diastasis recti and relearning my core. I know my recovery was supported through Kelli's exercises and learning from the other women in the class was an added bonus. A couple months later as I was putting my son in his crib, I developed an umbilical hernia. My primary care doctor recommended a surgeon who wanted to schedule surgery that week without any x-rays or scans. I just didn't feel like this was the best option for me so I turned to Kelli and we worked together on a plan for rehab for that specific part of my body. In the end, I didn't have surgery and Kelli's care got me back to my old self and today I feel great. I'm a big fan of Dr. Kelli and love cheering her on as female entrepreneur!"
